Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate project details, requirements, and timely approvals. Any content shared (text, images, data) must not infringe on third-party rights. Deliverables from Artnary Services should be used only within the agreed scope of the project.
Intellectual Property
All original designs, code, and creative work produced by Artnary Services remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights may be transferred as agreed in the project contract. Work may not be resold, reproduced, or distributed without written permission unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Payments & Billing
Quotes and project fees will be shared before work begins. Payment terms (advance, milestone-based, or full upfront) will be defined in the project contract. Late or incomplete payments may delay project delivery.
Project Delivery & Timelines
Project timelines are agreed upon before work begins but may shift if client feedback, approvals, or inputs are delayed. Artnary Services is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond what was agreed may incur extra charges.
Limitation of Liability
Artnary Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital services. We do not guarantee the performance of third-party platforms such as hosting services, APIs, or plugins.
Confidentiality
Both Artnary Services and the client agree to maintain confidentiality of shared project details, strategies, and proprietary information.

Client data is handled responsibly as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Confidential client information is not shared with third parties without consent.
